Abstract

Hemingway and Italy collects the most innovative and most relevant papers that were presented at the sixteenth Biennial Hemingway Conference in Venice, Italy, in 2014. These essays address Hemingway’s World War I experience in Italy, his Italian associates, and the ways in which the Italian culture intersects with Hemingway’s life and work.
